Jeffrey L. Cohen has represented businesses and individuals in business disputes since 1989. He has represented employers in employment matters since 1992. Mr. Cohen delivers real life experience and broad legal expertise to every legal problem. His areas of practice beyond the scope of employment law include business litigation, collection, corporate dissolution and partnership disputes, purchase and sale of businesses, real estate purchase advice and litigation, leasing, landlord / tenant disputes, business liability, and business transactions / contracts.
